  5. The current worksheet should be closed.
  6. The contents of the chosen cells will be copied to the clipboard when the cells are selected.
  7. Select columns to copy their content to the clipboard.
  8. the clipboard’s contents will be pasted into the chosen cell (s).
  9. Your last action has been reversed.
  10. Open up the “Print” dialogue box by clicking the “File” menu.
